CCL is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing the highest possible quality of life to people with developmental disabilities. Everyone is valued and challenged to reach his or her full potential.

The goal of our group-home living environment is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities more choices, independence, productivity and community inclusion. Employees of CCL help people attain these goals. Our employees help by providing personal care, teaching life skills and coordinating community outings and activities.
